Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Didn't smell. Beds comfortable. Plenty of channels on tv. Close to mall and other stores, also restaurants. Like the location of the hotel on the back road. Like the price.

Very roomy and restaurant right next door with several restaurants very close. Had a fantastic food experience at an Indian restaurant 3minutes away. Kim at the front desk was super helpful, professional & friendly. She is great at her job and the RIGHT person at that job, please be here next time I visit! Thank you Kim!

The rooms are clean, the staff is nice , and the location is spot on. My husband and I come here all the time for a “break “. They are super pet friendly, and have plenty of areas to allow them to sniff and play. The yards are far away from the road so there is no worry there! Great place!

The staff the rooms are always clean they're there and if you need anything there's somewhere always at the front desk every time you're outside and they're walking by they're always pleasant flight. And every time I go over to New York which is every two weeks this is the only place I stay.

Breakfast- excellent Bathroom- toilets are too low- my wife has had a double hip replacement and found it difficult to get off the toilet.

No frills and no complaints. Room was clean and had fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and wifi, all in working order. Fine location for gas stations, restaurants, supermarket and access to the interstate. So much cheaper than the competition.

The location was great! The staff was very understanding and helpful! Rooms were clean and did not smell Everything was perfect! Breakfast was good you know your continental breakfast with the waffle maker.

I’ve stayed here on a few occasions while passing through Plattsburgh on work. The location is convenient and it’s near a lot of restaurants. I particularly enjoy the Butcher Block and Anthony’s.
